PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a pseudo-stone in a short construction period, at the maximally low cost in a low labor burden, when applying the pseudo-stone to a surface of a structure. SOLUTION: The precast member has: a base body part 3 of integrally forming the pseudo-stone 11 and a projection-recess fitting part 12 formed in at least one direction or the whole directions in a plane on the periphery of the pseudo-stone 11 in response to a shape and the arrangement direction of the pseudo-stone 11; and a bracket 13 constituted in a U shape of respectively arranging a flange 18 on both ends of a web 17, embedding the web 17 in the base body part 3 and projecting the flange 18 from a back face of the base body part 3. The bracket 13 is contacted with, arranged on and fixed to a surface of an existing wall 41, or is installed in a grating-like reinforcement net composed of a vertical reinforcement 42 arranged and fixed at an interval on and to its surface and a horizontal reinforcement 43 orthogonal to this vertical reinforcement, and a cutout recessed part 21 having a width corresponding to a diameter of the horizontal reinforcement 43, is excavated in the flange 18 in the substantially parallel direction to the back face of the base body part 3.
