<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic board superior in water absorption resistance, dimensional stability and freezing damage resistance; and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic board is manufactured by a method in which slurry is formed by dispersing a cement-based hydraulic material and a beated fiber reinforcement in water, adding a saturated carboxylic acid to the slurry, and after mixing them, sheet forming, dehydrating, pressing, hardening and curing them. The beated fiber reinforcement is 1-30 mass% to the total solid content, and the saturated carboxylic acid is 0.1-2.0 mass% to the total solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
