A portable terminal with a connector apparatus is provided to form a guide member at a side of a terminal body for receiving a connector cover, thereby preventing the interference related to the terminal body. A connector connected with an external device is mounted to a terminal body. A guide member is formed at a side of the terminal body and guides the connector cover for opening and closing a connector(310) slidingly. The guide member includes a support member(320) formed at both ends of the guide member and contacted with the connector cover, so that the opening and closing states of the connector cover are maintained. The height of an interference prevention member is higher than that of the support member so that the interference between the connector cover and the terminal body is prevented when the connector cover is moved slidingly. A position maintaining member is formed at the other side of the guide member so that the opening and closing states of the connector cover are maintained at the terminal body.
