The seat has a frame (2), a seat frame (3), a seat cover with seat surface, a back rest and two lateral elastic support belts integrated in the seat cover and a restraint system. The seat frame is connected with an attachment mounted on a vehicle roof. The elastic support belts are mounted on the support frame. The attachment of the frame is laterally connected with the frame on the vehicle roof in line of sight of the occupants.
