A weight and size measuring device of a vehicle is provided to prevent damage to structures or facilities and danger of traffic accidents by including an overload measuring unit, a pair of vehicle width measuring units, a pair of vehicle height measuring units, and a control unit. A weight and size measuring device of a vehicle comprises an overload measuring unit(20), a pair of vehicle width measuring units(40), a pair of vehicle height measuring units(60), and a control unit(80). The overload measuring unit is installed to a road surface so as to be spaced by predetermined distance, and measures axle weight of the vehicle. The vehicle width measuring units is respectively installed to both sides of the overload measuring unit, and measures width of the vehicle. The vehicle height measuring units are installed to both sides of the overload measuring unit and measures height of the vehicle. The control unit receives measured values measured at the overload measuring unit, the vehicle width measuring units and the vehicle height measuring units, compares it with a predetermined value, and judges existence of abnormality.
