A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate and a repairing method thereof are provided to form grooves in a storage electrode and a pixel electrode, thereby easily performing a repairing operation when a fault is generated in the TFT substrate. A gate wiring including a gate line(22) and a gate electrode(26) is formed on an insulating substrate. A storage electrode(27) is formed to be spaced from the gate wiring, and has a first groove(27a) in its one side. A semiconductor layer(40) is formed on the gate electrode. A data wiring is insulated with the gate wiring, and includes source and drain electrodes(65,66) and a data line(62) formed to be overlapped with the storage electrode. A pixel electrode(82) is electrically connected with the drain electrode, and has a second groove(82a) in a location corresponding to the first groove of the storage electrode.
