A dedicated delivery order device and a method for advertisement of a local restaurant and delivery order are provided to update information on restaurants with better advertisement effect at a low cost. A dedicated delivery order device includes an update & download unit(102), a memory(104), a calculation unit(106), a search engine(108), a communication unit(110), and a display unit(112). The update & download unit downloads prestored update data and address information of a subscriber from a computer. The memory stores a database and updates the database by using the prestored update data and address information of a subscriber downloaded from a computer. The calculation unit calculates points increasing according as the subscriber orders a food to be delivered. The search engine searches a restaurant or a menu matched with the restaurant from the memory. The communication unit sends information on the restaurant, the foods and the number of the foods, selected by the subscriber, to the corresponding restaurant. The display unit displays the restaurant and the menu selected by the subscriber, displays a food ordered among the menu and the number of ordered foods, and notifies the subscriber that the order is accepted by the restaurant.
