Water inflow preventing equipment for a ship is provided to easily control buoyancy thereof through a buoyancy control valve installed at each unit casing. Water inflow preventing equipment(10) for a ship includes a panel(20) and a plurality of unit casings(30). The panel is manufactured in size covering an entrance of a water inflow hole. The unit casings are installed along an outer peripheral surface of a front surface of the panel. The unit casing has a space unit(34) to float the panel on a surface of seawater by generating buoyancy. A buoyancy control valve is mounted at the unit casing to control the buoyancy of the water inflow preventing equipment by injecting air in the space unit and exhausting air from the space unit.
