#CMT# #/CMT# The formwork element has an inverted U-sectioned profile forming lateral branches (110, 120) and top delimiting a formwork cavity (CF) of a footing. The top forms an upper support surface (131) to receive permanent formwork blocks of a wall. Vertical passages (132) connect the support surface with the cavity. The profile has an outer side forming a drainage sensor (140) with a permeable cage surrounding top and sides of a drainage water evacuation channel (142). Male and female assembling parts (170M, 170F) assemble successive formwork elements in a sealed and mechanical manner. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Permanent foundation formwork element for being installed at bottom of a trench on a sand bed for forming a basement wall supported on a footing and separating an inner side from an outer side. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The formwork element made of expanded plastic material combines several formwork functions, thermal, phonic and mechanical insulation functions, and drainage functions in a single piece by using units that are simple to fabricate and install. The male and female assembling parts assemble the successive formwork elements in a sealed and mechanical manner, thus avoiding laitance and concrete leakage, and collecting infiltration/surface water and water directed by the evacuation channel towards drains. The formwork element is simple to construct, and is easy and inexpensive to install. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows an isometric top view showing right side of a permanent foundation element.
