The device (1) has a hollow support-box (2) for receiving devices and/or optional equipments e.g. signaling device, for an emergency vehicle and extending between two lengthwise-lateral roof rack-attachment devices of the vehicle. The box is fastenable between clamping jaws at a vehicle roof. The box posses an even base plate (3), which is mounted directly or over a seal on the vehicle roof mount. A sunroof cutout (4) provided in the base plate is equally larger than a sunroof opening and is provided over the opening in a free and contactless manner.
