PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow participants easily to return to an original electronic conference when the participants temporarily leave their desks to participate other electronic conferences.

SOLUTION: An electronic conference server 2 is provided with a virtual conference room management unit 205 for providing a resource for holding an electronic conference and resources of individual conferences to which a part of participants participate by leaving the electronic conference while the conference is held; a data transmission processing unit 203 for notifying electronic conference data DK showing a conference number and participants of the electronic conference to terminal devices of the participants of the electronic conference; a conference room data storage unit 201 for storing electronic conference data DK of the individual conferences; and an individual conference close processing unit 206 which gives instructions to make the terminal devices of the participants indicated in the electronic conference data DK of the individual conferences execute processing for making the participants participate again to the original conference on the basis of the conference number of the conference when the individual conferences come to ends.
