PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know interfering waves included in a signal received by a tuner appropriately for adjusting power supplied to a circuit component. SOLUTION: A distribution condition for the frequency of the interfering waves included in a signal is estimated from the measurement result of noise included in the signal from the tuner (S103). When the distribution condition of the interfering waves is obtained, the distribution condition, or the like of intermodulation distortion caused by the interfering waves can be obtained, thus deriving a change in the level of noise to the power supplied to the circuit component from the distribution condition of the interfering waves (S104). Based on a change in the level of the noise to the supply power, the amount of supply power to the circuit component is reduced within a range, where the level of the noise becomes smaller than a noise reference value (S108, S109).
