<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase position recognition precision without installing any external correction circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel 20 in an electrostatic capacity system is provided with an insulating substrate 11; a transparent touch electrode 13 installed in the insulating substrate 11; and a frame wiring 12aa installed like a frame along the circumference of the touch electrode 13, and connected to the circumference of the touch electrode 13, and configured to detect the touch position in the touch electrode 13 according to an electric signal through the frame wiring 12aa. The frame wiring 12aa is provided with a resistance adjusting part formed so as to meander with fixed intervals and prescribed width along the length direction on each side, wherein the prescribed width W is set so as to be wider at a central part M than at both ends E of each side, and configured so that the wiring resistance of the central part M can be higher than the wiring resistances of the both ends E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
