Method for manufacturing wooden floor boards having a sight side, the boards in planed and dry condition being roughened at the sight side over the entire surface through engagement with a wood removing tool. Preferably dry boards at the side of the sight side are moved past a saw. Furthermore a floor built from floor boards obtained by means of said method.
