PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design change range retrieval method, a design change range retrieval device and a design change range retrieval system, allowing retrieval of a range of influence exercised on another component by a change without needing to previously produce data in each product target when changing a design parameter in a component. SOLUTION: This design change range retrieval device 1 imparts a link between elements of design data, creates a link information table 31 that is information related to the imparted link, searches the link information table 31 when the element is designated through an input part 8, acquires a parent node corresponding to the designated element, acquires a child node corresponding to the acquired parent node, also acquires a child node having the acquired child node as a parent node, and displays the acquired nodes on a display part 9.
