<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure actuator having simple construction and a longer operating life, and to provide a CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The improved hydraulic pressure actuator comprises an inner tube, and a mesh sleeve covering the outer periphery of the inner tube and longitudinally extendable by pressure fluid fed into the inner tube. The mesh sleeve has such a finely meshed structure as to avoid the run-over of the inner tube. The improved hydraulic pressure actuator uses at least one of a plurality of combined members for supporting four-limb parts of a human body.
