The disclosed invention provides a method for transforming lists to corresponding matrices and optimizing results of data analyses. Lists of enumerable signs (e.g., numbers, points, vertices, categories) that refer to real phenomena are transformed to manipulable matrices of numbers that are employed in data analyses. Manipulation of said matrices augments optimization of results of data analyses.
