METHOD FOR RADIONUCLIDE DIAGNOSTICS OF IODINE-NEGATIVE METASTASES AND/OR RELAPSES OF THE THYROID GLAND DIFFERENTIATED CARCINOMA

A method for radionuclide diagnostics of iodine-negative metastases and/or relapses of the thyroid gland differentiated carcinoma comprises the use of radionuclide preparations. The preselection of patients with iodine-negative posttherapeutic states and with a level of thyreoglobulin higher than10 ng/ml on a background the cessation of suppressive hormonotherapy is carried out. After that the scintigraphy with subsequent visualization of its fixation in the iodine-negative tumour tissue in the front and back direct projections is carried out in a month three times.
