PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for forms used for pouring concrete during construction work, which permits simplification of its manufacturing facility and is capable of manufacturing the forms which can be used over a long period of time without being damaged. SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus for forms used for pouring concrete in a construction work comprises a liquid container 3 for storing a liquefied resin 4 impregnating a wooden base members 1 formed with numerous notches 2 made on its surface; an uniformly pressing device 5 for pressing down the surface of the liquefied resin 4 adhered to the surface of the wooden base members 1; a drying device 6 for drying the base members 1 to which the uniformly pressed liquefied resin 4 is adhered; and reinforcing finish coat applying devices 8 and 9 for applying the reinforcing finish coat to the surface of the liquefied resin 4 adhered to the dried wooden base members 1.
