A plastic multiple-walled pipe and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to allow an iron core to be securely attached to reinforcement resin by applying heat to the iron core. A method for manufacturing a plastic multiple-walled pipe comprises the steps of extruding a synthetic resin pipe(2) in the form of a spiral cylindrical frame by using an extruder, and filling a reinforcement resin(8) between adjacent pipes. Heat is directly or indirectly applied to an iron core(4) placed on the reinforcement resin. The iron core is pressed against the reinforcement resin such that the iron core is buried in the reinforcement resin. A groove is formed in the reinforcement resin such that the reinforcement resin is positioned at the iron core.
