A teethridge expansion tool for an implant operation is provided to reduce the time for a surgical operation and the time for recovery by being used in the state that the teethridge is cut to the minimum. A teethridge expansion tool for an implant operation includes a support member(20), a fixing member(30), an operation member and a moving expansion member(50). The support member is formed on a device body(10) in a horizontal direction. The fixing member is formed on the device body in a vertical direction. The operation member is inserted into a through-hole of the support member. A screw groove, which is screw-coupled with a screw groove of the inner surface of the through hole, is formed on the outer circumference of the operation member that advances or backs inside the through-hole by the rotation of a screw driver(60).
