<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make an optimal power failure work plan. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of generating a work system which is used for the work plan of an electric power system, that an information processor stores constitution of the electric power system, generate possible states of electric power equipment or combinations thereof, extracts states or combinations thereof having no electrical effects on the electric power system among the states or the combinations thereof, and generate the work system excluding the extracted states or combinations thereof. In this case, the electric power equipment includes, for example, a circuit breaker LS for a line provided on a line L connecting between electric utility stations D, a circuit breaker BL for busbar connection which controls connection/disconnection between busbars provided in the electric utility stations D, line switches FL, TL which select any of a plurality of the busbars B in the electric utility stations D to which electric power supplied from the Line L or a generator G should be supplied, and a control switch GL which controls supply of the electric power supplied from the generator G, to the line switch FL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
