PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane unit with a simplified structure by applying a function of preventing a membrane element from wearing to spacer parts of the membrane element. SOLUTION: The membrane element has separation membranes 11 on the front and rear surfaces of a supporting plate 12, and has the spacer parts 10 provided in both right and left parts of the supporting plate to provide a specified space between the membrane surfaces of the adjacent membrane elements, wherein the spacer parts 10 are made of a material having a rubber hardness of 30-95.
