A method for providing security information through a non-facial channel is provided to prevent a banking accident of a customer using a non-facial banking transaction by outputting the security information fixed by the customer to a non-facial banking transaction screen during the non-facial banking transaction. A customer fixes security information, which includes password input error information and the latest non-facial channel transaction date information, to be output in a non-facial channel initial screen according to a customer agreement or selection(525). The security information related to a banking transaction tool of the customer is collected and stored in a predetermined storage medium(545). The security information linked with the financial transaction tool of the customer is extracted/checked by linking with the storage medium, and outputs the extracted/checked security information as the initial screen, which is output after customer authentication, when the customer connects with a non-facial channel.
