A method and an apparatus of automatically washing a food waste remove bucket are provided to put remaining food waste in the washed food waste remove bucket again after finishing washing work by storing the remaining food waste in a remaining food waste storage during the washing work. A method of automatically washing a food waste remove bucket includes the steps of: putting remaining food waste in a food waste storing bucket and inputting the food waste remove bucket into an input chamber; storing the remaining food waste in the food waste storing bucket; washing the inside of the food waste remove bucket without the remaining food waste by transferring the food waste remove bucket to an inside washing chamber by a transfer lever; washing a lid, a grip, an inlet, and the outside of the food waste remove bucket with a washing brush by transferring the food waste remove bucket to an outside washing room; removing detergent by showering the food waste remove bucket with clean water in a shower room; removing washing water remaining in a reinforcing rib and discharging the food waste remove bucket at the same time; putting the remaining food waste in the washed food waste remove bucket again; and removing foreign substances and the detergent attached to the washing brush after finishing washing work. |
