A variable length bolt structure and a loading box mounting structure of a vehicle are provided to prevent noise due to shaking of the loading box during driving by mounting the loading box on a vehicle frame using bolts. A variable length bolt structure comprises a housing(10), a bolt head part(11), a screw part(12) and a spring(13). The housing has a cylindrical shape with open ends. The bolt head part has one end press-fitted to the upper side of the housing. The screw part has one end inserted into the lower side of the housing, and is coupled so as to move in the longitudinal direction of the housing and provided with threads on the outer surface. The spring is inserted inside the housing and fitted to the screw part to support the screw part elastically.
