HEAT EXCHANGING ELEMENT

A heat exchanging element having a laminated structure is provided for a heat exchanging type ventilating system or other air conditioning apparatuses. The heat exchanging element has improved heat exchanging efficiency by eliminating drift in a ventilation flue while keeping flow strength, and an airflow leakage due to peeling between a heat transfer plate and other members is prevented. A flow straightening section is provided for eliminating drift generated in the ventilation flue due to different ventilation resistances caused by difference of lengths of flow channels divided by a flow channel dividing section, and for giving prescribed flow speed distribution to a counterflow section.
