A heat dissipation system, a computer module and a heat dissipation method are provided to enable a working fluid to acquire self-circulation effect through state change of the working fluid from the vapor state into the liquid state, or from the liquid state into the vapor state. A heat adsorption unit(5) comprises at least one cavity main body(51,52,53) suitable for contacting with a heat source, and working fluid which is stored in the cavity main body. A condenser(4) compresses the working fluid. A conduit unit(6) is connected with the condenser and the heat adsorption unit, wherein the working fluid is flowed through the conduit unit, and is circulated from the condenser to the heat adsorption unit by the gravity, and also circulated from the heat adsorption unit to the condenser by natural convection. The conduit unit forms a closed circulation loop together with the heat adsorption unit and the condenser. |
