A shoe optimized for the shape of a user's foot by after-molding is provided to mold the formation structure of a shoe insole to be suitable for the shape of a foot of a specific individual to prevent slip. An insole(4) of a shoe(5) optimized for the shape of a user's foot by after-molding includes a lower plate portion and an upper plate portion. The lower plate portion is attached to the shoe. The upper plate portion comes into contact with a user's sole. The upper plate portion of the insole comprises an outer side portion and an inner side portion. The inner side portion is constituted to prevent a liquid material in the inner side from flowing to the outside. An inlet is formed to let a user inject a liquid content therethrough. The lower plate portion is constituted to be easily separated from or fixed to the shoe.
