PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coating chocolate. SOLUTION: This method for producing the coating chocolate is provided by limiting the additional putting in of emulsifier and oils and fats into the raw materials of the chocolate substrate, preparing the chocolate substrate having high viscosity, then preparing a sheet form having a definite thickness by utilizing a belt, cutting, forming and coating. Thereby, it is possible to improve productivity as compared with that of the method for forming the chocolate by using a conventional mold-forming type equipment and then coating.
