PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a polymer structure by using a conductive mineral material. SOLUTION: A conductive filling material and a reinforcing material with wollastonite as a base material and its manufacturing method are provided. The material includes pulverized wollastonite particles and a conductive material such as carbon black, silver or copper which can be stuck to wollastonite by a binder group. The material, as compared with a conventional conductive and reinforcing material, can provide improved characteristics such as conductivity, rigidity, tensile strength, increased abrasion resistance for static prevention and electromagnet shielding materials with high cost-effectiveness.
