PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulky moldable sheet capable of being molded by deep drawing, having heat insulation, warmth-keeping property, cushioning property, or the like. SOLUTION: The heat moldable, foamable and moldable sheet mainly composed of an N-BKP (needle leaf tree bleached kraft pulp), thermoplastic synthetic fibers and foamable microcapsules, is a multilayered paper, sheet including a surface layer, at least one middle layer and a back surface layer, and having a wood pulp blending ratio of 20 to 51 mass%, blending 10 to 50 mass% foamable microcapsules expanding by approximately 4 to 5 folds in diameter and≥60 folds in volume by being heated in the middle layer based on 100 mass% fibrous layer, without blending the microcapsules in the surface layer and the back layer or blending at most 10 mass% of microcapsules which is lower than that in the middle layer, and drying the foamable microcapsule particles are dried without foaming in a drying process of the papermaking machine before calendaring and the sheet is wound into a thickness of≤1 mm.
