<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film fixing and aligning device for alignment. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a film fixing and aligning device for alignment in a film supply device requiring positional alignment, wherein the film fixing and aligning device is equipped with a roll unit having a position control function and a tension control function in a film flow direction, a clamp unit having a tension control function and a position control function installed in both sides of the film so as to keep a constant tension in the width direction, an optical unit for checking an alignment mark, and a suction table for sucking the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
