<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize conventionally unusable relatively low temperature exhaust heat, by constructing an exhaust heat home delivery network capable of optionally supplying the exhaust heat from an exhaust heat generating facility to a separate heat using facility. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust heat generating schedule X of the exhaust heat generating facility 1 and an exhaust heat using schedule Y of the heat using facility 2, are converted into a database and a map by a centralized control device 26. A selling-buying price of the exhaust heat is set. The exhaust heat generating facility 1 having the exhaust heat generating schedule X for satisfying an exhaust heat request condition by the exhaust heat using schedule Y of the heat using facility 2 is selected. The exhaust heat is accumulated by a heat accumulating vessel 3. The exhaust heat is supplied by carrying its heat accumulating vessel 3 to the heat using facility 2. The centralized control device 26 arithmetically operates and informs a buying charge 40 to the exhaust heat generating facility 1, based on a heat accumulating quantity of the heat accumulating vessel 3 determined from exhaust heat detecting data X', and arithmetically operates and informs a service charge 41 to the heat using facility 2, based on a using calorific value of the heat using facility 2 determined from use detecting data Y'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
