PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus, a navigation method, and a navigation program which can acquire correct road regulations information on the basis of patterns on which a vehicle deviates from a guided route and correct errors in the road regulations information of map data through the acquired correct road regulations information. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus comprises a vehicle behavior fundamental pattern table for storing travel conditions, in which it is estimated that the vehicle has deviated from the guided route, in connection with the road regulations information, a deviation judgement section for judging whether or not the vehicle has deviated from the guided route, a vehicle information log storage section for storing the travel condition when the deviation judgement section has judged that the vehicle has deviated from the guided route, a vehicle behavior analysis section for identifying the road regulations information corresponding to the travel condition stored by the vehicle information log storage section by referring to the vehicle behavior fundamental pattern table, and a correction section for correcting errors in the road regulations section of the map data on the basis of the road regulations information identified by the vehicle behavior analysis section.
