PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording/reproducing method, an information recording/reproducing system, an information browsing management apparatus, an information forming apparatus, a computer program and a recording medium in which an arbitrary user records information on a recording medium and specifies arbitrary authorized persons to browse the information to prevent the others from browsing the information on the recording medium. SOLUTION: The information recording/reproducing method for the information recording/reproducing system, which networks an information reproducing apparatus 20 for reproducing information on a recording medium 1 and the information browsing management apparatus 30 for managing the browsing of the information recorded on the recording medium 1, has a recording step S24 in which the information browsing management apparatus 30 records authorized user information showing users authorized to browse the information recorded on the recording medium 1, and a determination step S29 in which, when the information reproducing apparatus 20 reproduces the information, the information browsing management apparatus 30 determines whether or not to permit the browsing according to whether or not the applicant is recorded in the authorized user information.
