Provided is a fluid machine in which the wear of a rotation preventing pin can be suppressed. The fluid machine comprises a housing (2), a fixed scroll fixed relative to the housing (2), a circling scroll (4) revolvingly circling relative to the fixed scroll, and a rotation preventing mechanism (7) for preventing the circling scroll (4) from its rotation. The rotation preventing mechanism (7) includes a rotation preventing pin (71) projecting from the wall surface on the housing (2) side or the scroll (4) side, and a restraining member (72) for restricting the position of the rotation preventing pin (71) by its engagement with the pin (71). The projecting side end of the rotation preventing pin (71) has a tapered part, and the end of the tapered part is formed in an R-shape.
