PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted planar antenna in which an antenna element to be stuck on front glass or the like is small-sized and made easy to be stuck and a power feeding mechanism is improved. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted planar antenna includes an antenna element constructed from an insulated, covered and flexible band-like conductor; a ground element constructed from a conductor different from that of the antenna element; and a circuit material constructed from a circuit board connected with a feeding point at one end side of the antenna element and also connected with the ground element or provided with a ground element.
