A refrigerator is provided to mount an anti-freezing element such as an auxiliary door for a water case or a water path for insulating the same from cold air in a freezer compartment, thereby preventing the water stored in the water case or moving through the water path from freezing. A refrigerator includes an icemaker mounted in a freezer compartment, a water case(400) mounted in the freezer compartment for supplying water to the icemaker, a water path(500) for connecting the icemaker to the water case, and an anti-freezing element(600) mounted between the freezer compartment and any one of the water case and the water path for preventing the water stored in the water case or moving through the water path. The anti-freezing element is an auxiliary door(620) mounted in the freezer compartment and filled with foamed materials(640) for insulating any one of the water case and the water path. |
