<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nature-derived composition for anti-fatigue use having the function of ameliorating both of physical fatigue and mental fatigue. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for anti-fatigue use is characterized in containing as an active ingredient, Allium tuberosum's flower, seed and/or extract thereof. Further, this composition preferably contains as another active ingredients, at least one substance among ginseng, garlic, Eleutherococcus senticosus, turmeric, Momordica grosvenori, and Piper methysticum, Cistanche tubulosa and Cistanche salsa, and at least one extract thereof. In addition, this composition preferably also contains γ-aminobutyric acid.
