PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system, enabling maintenance for a predetermined function even during the operation of a medical device. SOLUTION: A related function list table storing part 35 stores a related function list table showing the operation of the medical device 3 and functions carried out in the operation. A maintenance possibility decision part 34 obtains information showing the operation of the medical device 3 when a request for execution of maintenance is made from an operation state confirming part 33 and refers to the related function list table to retrieve for the function carried out in the operation. In the case where the function of performing remote maintenance (function as a maintenance object) at a maintenance terminal 51 is not included in the function carried out in the operation, the maintenance possibility decision part 34 decides that maintenance for the function as a maintened object can be carried out, and a request processing part 36 carries out the maintenance requested at the maintenance terminal 51.
