The dough processing device comprises upper strip-unit and counter body that are arranged to each other so that dough pieces are processable between an upper strip-lower strand and the counter body. An upper strip (13) of the upper tape-unit is formed as endless strip led via two guide rollers (15, 16). One of the guide roller is formed as drive-guide roller cooperating with the upper strip. Lateral passage openings are limited on both sides of endless strip parallel to a strip rolling direction and are locked by removable side covers. The dough processing device comprises upper strip-unit and counter body that are arranged to each other so that dough pieces are processable between an upper strip-lower strand and the counter body. An upper strip (13) of the upper tape-unit is formed as endless strip led via two guide rollers (15, 16). One of the guide roller is formed as drive-guide roller cooperating with the upper strip. Lateral passage openings are limited on both sides of endless strip parallel to a strip rolling direction and are locked by removable side covers. The guide rollers are connected via a frame-lateral roll-end section with an upper strip-holder frame (21), so that the upper strip-unit of the roll-final section is accessable oppositely to its side. The endless strip is tightly connected with a circulating transmission-toothed belt, which combs on the guide rollers with a pinion (25). Carrier element (17, 27) for the guide rollers is fixed at a frame-lateral upper strip-motion link, which is held again around a swivel axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the drive-guide roller. The upper strip-lower strand has an angle opposite to a horizontal plane of a swiveling adjusting mechanism and a height above the counter body of a lift-adjusting mechanism. The swiveling adjusting mechanism has a lift-adjusting body, which is led by a passage opening in the upper strip-holder frame and across a deflecting unit. An actuator is adjustable for the default of the upper strip-angle and for the lower strip-height default. A device has a lift-adjusting body, which is tightly connected with the guide rollers and the endless strip. An independent claim is included for an upper strip-unit for a dough processing device.
