PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce excessive stress applied to a root part of a seal lip 91 when a valve is totally closed, by providing seal rubber 9 of seal lip structure with a load receiving part 92 contacting a valve seat 3 to receive valve closing load when the valve is totally closed, separately from the seal lip 91. SOLUTION: The seal rubber 9 of seal lip structure is provided with the load receiving part 92 receiving the valve closing load due to spring load or the like when the valve is totally closed, independently at a different part from the seal lip 91. The valve closing load applied to the seal lip 91 when the valve is totally closed, is thereby effectively relieved, and excessive stress applied to the root part of the seal lip 91 when the valve is totally closed, is effectively reduced. Consequently, the occurrence of a fault such as a crack at the root part of the seal lip 91 is suppressed to improve durability of the seal rubber 9 and to prevent the degradation of a sealing function when the valve is totally closed.
