A sensing device for a differential lock, a multiple velocity turn and a steering device of a tractor is provided to operate and cancel a differential lock and a multiple velocity turn automatically at different two angles. Sensing devices for a differential lock, a multiple velocity turn and a steering device of a tractor includes a pivot metal(1), a target(2) and a hole sensor(4). The pivot metal is installed on one of both ends of a final driving case(X), and rotates when a handle is steered. The target is installed inside the pivot metal and rotates by being interlocked with the pivot metal. The hole sensor is installed to be close to the target to sense it when the target rotates, and outputs a control signal for the operation or cancellation of the differential lock and the multiple velocity turn and the ascending or descending of a three point link device.
