Provided is a polybenzoxazine compound, which has improved an acid trapping activity, mechanical and chemical stability, and phosphate retainability, and is useful for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane, thereby imparting a fuel cell having the improved fuel efficiency. The compound is a crosslinked polybenzoxazine compound obtained by the polymerization of a benzoxazine monomer represented by the following formula(1) with a crosslinkable compound, wherein R1 is a substituted or non-substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, C6-C20 aryl group, C2-C20 heteroaryl group, C4-C20 cycloalkyl group or C2-C20 heterocyclic group; and R2 is a substituted or non-substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, C1-C20 alkenyl group, C1-C20 alkynyl group; C6-C20 aryl group, C7-C20 arylalkyl group, C2-C20 heteroaryl group, C2-C20 heteroarylalkyl group, C4-C20 carbocyclic group, C4-C20 carbocyclic alkyl group, C2-C20 heterocyclic group or C2-C20 heterocyclic alkyl group. |
