A blind apparatus for a motor vehicle is provided to reduce noise occurrence. A blind apparatus(10) for a motor vehicle comprises a winding rotary shaft(12) formed in the type of a hollow pipe which is transparent partially, used for housing a winding type planar structure and provided with a spring housing section(16), and a winding spring(14) connected with the spring housing section, formed to be longer than the length(84) of the spring housing section while relaxed, compressed to the length of the spring housing section to be located in the spring housing of the winding rotary shaft and provided with a fixing section(18) arranged in the winding rotary shaft, bearing bolts(20a,20b) used for fixing the blind apparatus to the fixing section and a closing section(22) standardized to press-fit together with an internal wall of the spring housing section to close up the bearing bolt.
