The device has a windscreen wiper system comprising a windscreen wiper motor (WM) controlled by an electronic windscreen circuit. A counter-noise model is specific to a vehicle and stored in a vehicle component. An electronic wiping circuit performs an initial calculation of a noise compensation before noise is generated by the wiper system for finding a counter-noise model. A generation unit generates an antagonist sound signal corresponding to the model, where the signal is applied to the loud speaker. The signal does not have dephasing with respect to noises of the wiper system.
