Disclosed is an immunogenic composition comprising either or both of LPS immunotype L2 and LPS immunotype L3 and one or more different antigens selected from at least one of the following categories: a) at least one Neisserial adhesin; b) at least one Neisserial autotransporter; c) at least one Neisserial Fe acquisition protein; or d) at least one Neisserial membrane associated protein; and wherein the antigens, where present in an outer membrane vesicle, have been upregulated in the outer membrane vesicle.
