Disclosed is a strain of lactic bacterium which comprises at least one sequence selected from the group consisting of nucleolide sequences SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 2, SEQ ID No.3, SEQ ID No.4, SEQ ID No. 5, SEQ ID No.6, SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 8 or strain of lactic bacterium which comprises a nucleic acids which comprise at least one ORF the translation product of which has a percentage of identical residues greater than or equal to 80% with at least one of the polypeptide sequences encoded by the ORFs identified in the sequences SEQ ID No. 1 to SEQ ID No.8. Also disclosed are nucleotide sequences 1-8, vectors comprising them, methods of constructing the strain and food and pharmaceutical uses of the strain.
