摘要 A spider assembly of a constant velocity joint having a dual roller structure for a vehicle is provided to decrease friction resistance by installing middle rollers between inner and outer rollers and forming semicircular projections on inner peripheral surfaces of outer rollers, and to change length and an angle of a driving line by rotating the inner and outer rollers in a spider housing. A spider assembly(10) of a constant velocity joint(1) having a dual roller structure comprises spiders(13), a plurality of trunnions(14), and inner and outer rollers(11,12). The spiders are assembled with an axle driving shaft(20). The trunnions are formed with a wheel driving shaft perpendicularly. Semicircular projections are formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of the outer rollers. The outer rollers are made by a broach process. The inner rollers are made by a rolling process. Annular middle rollers are installed between the inner and outer rollers.
